ChrisX Inc. (formerly Nova9, Inc.), a Delaware corporation ("we", "us", "our"), with mailing address at 2810 N Church St STE 89428, Wilmington, DE 19802, United States, operates this website, ChrisX (chrisx.ai and app.chrisx.ai) and Execution Squad. This page explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our site and membership.

Information we collect

Information you provide. When you create an account, subscribe to our newsletter, or buy a ChrisX plan or an Execution Squad membership, we collect your name, email address, and payment information. Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We never store your full credit card number on our servers.

Member activity data. When you use the platform, we collect data about your lesson progress, Weekly Hot Seat questions and attendance, and community activity. This data is used to deliver the membership experience.

Automatically collected information. We collect standard web analytics data including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring URL. We use this data to understand how visitors use our site and improve the experience.

How we use your information

  • Deliver the membership content and services you purchased
  • Track your progress through the program
  • Send newsletters and emails you subscribed to
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions through Stripe
  • Improve our website and offerings
  • Respond to your questions and support requests

Email communications

When you subscribe to our newsletter or purchase a membership, you agree to receive emails from us. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. You can opt out at any time. We will never sell or share your email address with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Third-party services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Stripe for payment processing and subscription management
  • Supabase for authentication and data storage
  • Resend for transactional and marketing emails
  • Vercel for website hosting

Members who joined through Whop before we moved billing to Stripe remain billed through Whop for their grandfathered subscriptions, and Whop processes payment data for those members only.

Each of these services has their own privacy policy. We encourage you to review them. We only share the minimum data necessary for these services to function.

Zoom user data

ChrisX can connect to your Zoom account when you choose to. This section says what ChrisX gets from Zoom, what it does with it, and how you end it.

When you click Connect Zoom, Zoom shows you what ChrisX asks for. ChrisX asks for 4 things, and nothing else:

  • Create a Zoom meeting for each booking made on your ChrisX booking pages
  • Move that meeting when the booking moves
  • Delete that meeting when the booking is cancelled, declined or deleted
  • Read your own Zoom user ID and email address, so ChrisX can show which account is connected

In Zoom's terms these are the meeting:write:meeting, meeting:update:meeting, meeting:delete:meeting and user:read:user permissions. Zoom also tells ChrisX the ID of your Zoom account.

ChrisX uses this data only to run that feature for you. The meeting it makes holds the booking's title (by default the calendar's name and the booker's name), its time, length and time zone, and a line saying it was booked on your ChrisX booking page. ChrisX never reads your other meetings, your recordings, your chats or your contacts, and it only changes meetings it made itself for a booking.

ChrisX stores your Zoom sign-in tokens, encrypted. It also stores your Zoom user ID, your Zoom email address and your Zoom account's ID, and, for each booking it made a meeting for, that meeting's ID and join link. The join link goes in the booking's emails and calendar invite. ChrisX never stores the host's start link.

We do not sell Zoom user data. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not use it to develop, improve or train artificial intelligence or machine learning models. We share it with no one, except the services that run ChrisX for us (Vercel for the application, Supabase for the database, Resend for the booking emails that carry your join link) and when the law requires it. No person at ChrisX reads your Zoom data unless you ask us to for support, it is needed for security, or the law requires it. If you connect your own Claude to ChrisX and ask it to, it can read which Zoom account is connected and the join links on your bookings. ChrisX sends no Zoom data to any AI service on its own.

You can disconnect Zoom at any time in ChrisX: Settings, Integrations, the Zoom card, Disconnect. Disconnecting revokes ChrisX's access at Zoom and deletes the tokens and account details ChrisX holds for the connection. You can also remove ChrisX in Zoom: sign in at marketplace.zoom.us, then Manage, Added Apps, ChrisX, Remove. Zoom tells ChrisX, and ChrisX deletes the same tokens and account details at once. Meetings ChrisX already made stay on your Zoom account, and you can delete them in Zoom. The meeting ID and join link saved on a booking stay with that booking until you delete the booking or your ChrisX account is deleted, and the line in your activity log that names the account you connected stays until your ChrisX account is deleted. To have any of it deleted sooner, email hi@aichrislee.com and we will do it within 30 days.

Google user data

ChrisX can connect to your Google Calendar when you choose to. This section says what ChrisX gets from Google, what it does with it, and how you end it.

When you click Connect on Google Calendar, Google shows you what ChrisX asks for. ChrisX asks for 3 things, and nothing else:

  • The busy times of the calendars you choose
  • The list of your calendars, so you can pick them
  • The right to create, move and delete the calendar events for the bookings made on your ChrisX booking pages, with a Google Meet link when you turn that on

In Google's terms these are the calendar.freebusy, calendar.calendarlist.readonly and calendar.events permissions. Google also tells ChrisX the email address and the account ID of the Google account you connected, so ChrisX can show which account is connected.

ChrisX uses this data only to run those features for you: to keep the times you are busy off your booking pages, and to put each booking on your calendar. It reads busy times only, never the titles, guests or notes of the events you made, and it only changes events it made itself for a booking. The event it makes holds what the booking holds: the time, the booker's name, email and phone, the guests they add, their answers to your booking form (unless you hide notes on that calendar), and a Meet link when you turned that on.

ChrisX stores your Google sign-in tokens, encrypted. It also stores your Google account's email address and ID, the ids of the calendars you picked, and, for each booking it puts on your calendar, that event's id, its calendar's id and its Meet link. The names of your calendars are shown to you while you pick and are not stored. Busy times are not saved in our database: our servers keep them in memory for up to 30 minutes so booking pages load fast, and they are not used after that.

We do not sell Google user data. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not use it to develop, improve or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models. We share it with no one, except the services that run ChrisX for us (Vercel for the application, Supabase for the database, Resend for the booking emails that carry your Meet link) and when the law requires it. No person at ChrisX reads your Google data unless you ask us to for support, it is needed for security, or the law requires it. If you connect your own Claude to ChrisX and ask it to, it can read which Google account is connected, the names and ids of your calendars, and the Meet links on your bookings. ChrisX sends no Google data to any AI service on its own.

You can disconnect Google Calendar at any time in ChrisX: Settings, Integrations, Google Calendar, Disconnect. The calendar ids saved on your booking calendars stay until you change them, and the line in your activity log that names the account you connected stays until your ChrisX account is deleted. You can also remove ChrisX's access in your Google Account, at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Events ChrisX already put on your calendar stay there, and you can delete them in Google Calendar. The event id and Meet link saved on a booking stay with that booking until you delete the booking or your ChrisX account is deleted. To have any of it deleted sooner, email hi@aichrislee.com and we will do it within 30 days.

ChrisX's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

WhatsApp

A business can connect its own WhatsApp Business number to ChrisX. It does that in Meta's own window, which ChrisX opens on app.chrisx.ai. ChrisX never sees the business's Facebook password.

When a business connects, Meta gives ChrisX the business's WhatsApp Business Account ID and the number's ID. The business types its WhatsApp number into ChrisX itself.

After that, ChrisX keeps the WhatsApp messages the business sends and receives through ChrisX: the words, the time, the phone number of the person on the other side, and whether each message was delivered. It also keeps the message templates the business makes and Meta's answer on each one.

We use this only to run the business's inbox, its automations and its replies inside ChrisX. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for ads.

Messages travel through Twilio, our WhatsApp provider, and through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform. Each handles the messages under its own terms and privacy policy.

A business can disconnect WhatsApp in Settings, Integrations at any time. ChrisX then stops sending and receiving its WhatsApp messages. A person who messaged a business can ask that business, or us at hi@aichrislee.com, to delete their messages. We delete them within 30 days, the same as the rest of your data (see "Your rights").

Mobile numbers and text messages

If you tick the optional texting box on a ChrisX form or booking page and give your mobile number, ChrisX texts you about your request and your appointments: replies, reminders and follow-ups. When you tick the box we keep your mobile number, the time you ticked it, the page you ticked it on and the words you agreed to, as proof of your consent, and we keep the texts you send us and the texts we send you. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.

Mobile numbers are never bought or rented, and mobile information and text opt-in data are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the sharing this policy describes excludes text messaging opt-in data and consent. We pass your number to Twilio, our text messaging provider, only so it can deliver the texts. To stop the texts, reply STOP or email hi@aichrislee.com.

Cookies

We use cookies for authentication (keeping you logged in) and basic analytics. We do not use cookies for advertising or tracking across other websites.

Data retention

We retain your account data for as long as your membership is active. If you cancel, your account data is retained for 30 days in case you resubscribe. After that, you may request deletion. If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days. Some data may be retained as required by law (e.g., transaction records for tax purposes).

Your rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time
  • Cancel your membership at any time through account settings

Children

Our services are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
