This policy explains what data Nova9 collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have. Nova9 is operated by Nova9, Inc. By using Nova9 you agree to this policy.

What we collect

Account data you give us, such as your name, email, and billing details. Usage data about how you use the product, such as pages visited and features used. Content you create, such as the sites, contacts, and campaigns inside your workspace. We do not sell your personal data.

How we use it

To run the service, process payments, send you account and product email, provide support, keep the platform secure, and improve how it works. We process data because it is needed to deliver the service you asked for, or because we have a legitimate interest in running and improving Nova9.

Who we share it with

We use trusted processors to run Nova9: Supabase for database and authentication, Stripe for payments, Resend for email, and Vercel for hosting. They only handle data on our behalf and under contract. We may also disclose data if the law requires it.

Your clients' data

When you operate client sub-accounts, the leads and customer records inside them belong to your client. You are the controller of that data and you are responsible for having a lawful basis to process it. Nova9 acts as your processor for it.

Your choices

You can access, correct, export, or delete your personal data from your account settings or by emailing us. You can opt out of marketing email at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA.

Retention and security

We keep data for as long as your account is active and as needed to meet legal and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymize it. We use encryption in transit, access controls, and reputable infrastructure to protect your data, though no system is perfectly secure.
