Terms of service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of this website, ChrisX (chrisx.ai and app.chrisx.ai) and the Execution Squad program. They are operated by ChrisX Inc. (formerly Nova9, Inc.), a Delaware corporation ("we", "us", "our"), with mailing address at 2810 N Church St STE 89428, Wilmington, DE 19802, United States. By starting a trial, buying a plan or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

ChrisX and what is included

ChrisX is software for running an AI marketing agency, or the marketing of your own business, with Claude. Every plan opens the day you sign up and includes:

ChrisX itself: websites and funnels, contacts and the pipeline, bookings, email, payments, automations and projects, for your own business and your client businesses.
The connection to your own Claude, so Claude can do the same work in ChrisX that you do on its screens.
Credits every month for the work ChrisX runs for you (lead lists, images, video and written pitches), as listed for your plan below.
The 90-day path inside ChrisX: Pick, Build, Find, Close and Keep.
1 live group call a week, Thursday 11am Pacific, run by Chris. The day and time can change on 30 days notice.

You pay for your own Claude plan, sending inboxes, domains and any ads; they are not part of the price. Members who bought before October 12, 2026 keep what they bought, as it was described when they bought it.

All of it is delivered digitally. Nothing in ChrisX or in a call constitutes legal, financial, tax, or professional advice.

Account registration

To use ChrisX, you need an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date. One account per person. Account sharing is not permitted; add the people who work with you as users in ChrisX instead.

Plans and pricing

ChrisX has 3 plans, each paid monthly or yearly. A year paid at once costs 10 months of the monthly price.

Starter: $97 USD a month, or $970 USD a year. 1,000 credits a month, and up to 3 client businesses plus your own.
Pro: $297 USD a month, or $2,970 USD a year. 3,000 credits a month, unlimited client businesses, and 10% more credits on every top-up.
Agency: $497 USD a month, or $4,970 USD a year. 6,000 credits a month, unlimited client businesses, 15% more credits on every top-up, and client delivery: projects and client share pages. Client delivery is on the Agency plan only.
Credits. A plan's credits are added every calendar month and do not carry over to the next. Top-up credits can be bought at any time, are charged when you buy them, and never expire.
Changing plans. In ChrisX, under Account, Plan and billing. A move to a higher plan starts at once and is charged that day, for the difference over the rest of the period. A move to a lower plan starts at the end of the period you have paid for.
You pay the price shown at checkout on the day you buy.
A declined renewal. When a payment fails on a plan you have paid before, Stripe tries the card again over the next days, and your websites stay live while it does. If it stays unpaid, the plan ends and your websites go offline until you pay. Your work is kept.
Cancelling a paid plan. Your sites stay live until the last day you paid for. After that they go offline; your work is kept, and any plan brings them back.

The free trial

Every ChrisX plan starts with 14 days free. A card is needed to start. On day 15 the plan you picked is charged, unless you cancel before then in ChrisX, under Account, Plan and billing.

1 free trial per person. An email, an account or a card that already had ChrisX gets no second trial. If one starts anyway, we cancel it before any charge and email you why, with a link that starts the plan with no trial.
What the trial holds. The plan you picked: its client businesses and, on Agency, client delivery. Only the credits differ.
Credits in the trial. You get 300credits. Your plan's full monthly credits start with your first payment.
Before the first charge. We email you a few days before it, with what you built and how to change or stop the plan.
Changing plans in the trial.A move to a higher plan (Starter to Pro or Agency, Pro to Agency) ends the free days and charges the new plan's full price that day. A move to a lower plan starts at once, and the free days go on.
If the trial ends without a payment (you cancel, or the card is declined), your websites go offline when it ends. Your work is kept for 30 days: pay for a plan in that time and it comes back as it was. After that it is deleted for good. Your sign-in account stays.

Until September 25, 2026 we sold one product with two ways to pay, and neither is on sale now. The terms below stay in force for every member on them. Both are subscriptions, both give the same access, and neither buys more content, more calls, or more of Chris than the other.

Monthly: $129 USD per month. Billed to the card you provide at checkout, and then again every month until the renewal is turned off. Your access continues for as long as the subscription is active. There is no cancellation fee.
Yearly: $997 USD per year. Billed at checkout and then again every 12 months until the renewal is turned off. That is eight months of the monthly price for twelve months of access.
The yearly price is held for the 12 months you bought. If the published price rises during your year, your renewal price stays the price you joined at for that year. This is the only thing the yearly plan buys that the monthly plan does not.
The price rises on a published ladder. The listed price goes up every 100 members and never comes back down. The price you are charged is always the price shown at checkout on the day you buy. A price change never applies to a subscription that stays continuously active: as long as your subscription keeps renewing, you keep the price you joined at.
Stop paying and come back later and you pay the price listed at that time. Your original price does not return.
Closed plans. The 90-Day AI Agency Challenge ($1,997 once or 3 × $697) and its done-with-you seat ($10,000) were withdrawn on October 12, 2026. Execution Squad Founder ($1,997 or 3 × $697) was sold until October 9, 2026. The $129 per month and $997 per year plans were withdrawn from sale on September 25, 2026. Members on them keep renewing at that price, on that schedule, untouched, and everything in force when they joined still applies, the yearly price hold included. The $897 per 180 days plan was withdrawn on September 12, 2026. Members on it keep renewing on that plan, at that price, on that 180-day schedule, untouched. They are not moved to monthly or yearly billing and their price does not change. The $397 per month Execution Squad membership was withdrawn on August 30, 2026. The $997 24-Week Build, the $197 per month Membership and the $597 90-Day Sprint were withdrawn on August 16, 2026. Anyone who bought a closed plan keeps the access and the terms that applied at purchase; a recurring closed plan keeps renewing at its own price until it is stopped, and is not converted to a current plan. Members who bought a recurring plan before August 7, 2026 likewise keep that plan and that price for as long as it stays continuously active. If a member on any closed plan stops the renewal, that price is gone, and any future purchase is made at the then-current listed price.

The ways out

Every one of these is written out in full further down this page. They are collected here so you can see the whole set at once.

No refunds on ChrisX's plans and the closed plans. Everything is open to you the moment you pay, so there is no refund of any kind on a purchase of those plans.
Stopping the renewal. Turn the renewal off before the renewal date: in ChrisX under Account, Plan and billing, or in your account settings for a closed plan. That stops the next charge and leaves you the access you have already paid for, to the end of the period you paid for.
A charge on a dormant account: refunded. If a payment goes through and you had not signed in once since the payment before it, tell us within 30 days and we refund that payment and close the account. Once per member.

Purchases made before September 2, 2026 keep the terms that were in force when they were made.

Payment and billing

All prices are listed in USD. Payments are billed by ChrisX Inc. and processed securely through Stripe. ChrisX's plans are charged at checkout and then every month or every year, on the same date, until the renewal is turned off. We never store your full card number on our servers.

ChrisX renews itself. Saying it plainly, because it is the one term people are most often surprised by. It does not stop on its own. It stops when you turn the renewal off in ChrisX, under Account, Plan and billing, which takes a few clicks. We do not require an email, a call, or a reason.

Legacy billing note. Members still on a closed or legacy recurring plan continue to be charged on their existing schedule and price until they stop the renewal. That includes the $897 per 180 days plan: it keeps renewing at $897 every 180 days, and nothing about it changes. Members who joined through Whop before we moved billing to Stripe remain billed through Whop for those grandfathered subscriptions. No new purchases are processed through Whop.

How to stop paying

On ChrisX, you stop the renewal in ChrisX, under Account, Plan and billing, before the renewal date. Stopping it ends future charges and keeps ChrisX open to the end of the month or the year you paid for.

On the monthly and yearly plans, you stop the renewal from your account settings, before the renewal date. No email required, no phone call, and no retention offer stands between you and the button. Stopping it ends future charges and keeps the access you have already paid for, to the end of the period you paid for: the rest of the month on the monthly plan, the rest of the 12 months on the yearly plan. The end date is shown to you when you do it. You are not charged again.

If you are on a legacy recurring plan, you stop the renewal the same way, from your account settings, or by emailing hi@aichrislee.com. It takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Stopping the renewal does not by itself entitle you to a refund, and coming back later means joining at the price listed on that day. Your original price does not return.

No guarantee, no refunds on ChrisX's plans and the closed plans

ChrisX's plans and every closed plan carry no guarantee and no refund. They do not promise a first client, an income, or any result, and a purchase of one is not refundable. Everything in a plan is open to you the moment you pay. That is why there is no refund of any kind, partial, prorated or unused-time.

What we do stand behind: the skills are kept current, the lessons are built so you can apply them the easiest way, the squad does the parts of the work most people find hardest, and the membership keeps being updated for as long as you are in.

Money you spent on advertising or third-party tools is not ours and is not refunded. Outside the dormant-charge refund below there is no partial, prorated, or unused-time refund. Turn the renewal off before your renewal date if you do not want to be charged again.

If a charge looks wrong to you, write to hi@aichrislee.com before you file a dispute with your bank. A dispute freezes the money while it runs and neither of us can fix anything until it closes. Billing mail is answered by us, not by a support desk.

The dormant-charge refund

If a payment goes through on your card and you had not signed in to the platform once since the payment before it, we refund that payment and close the membership. Email hi@aichrislee.com within 30 days of the charge and say which charge you mean.

We decide it from the login record. Your account stores the time of every sign-in, and we read those times against the two payment dates. No sign-in between the two payments means the refund is owed and we pay it. A sign-in between them means this section does not apply and the ordinary rules above do. You are told which way the record read.

The limits, stated plainly. It covers one charge, once per member, and it is the charge you name in that email. It is not available for a term you signed in during. Membership ends when the refund is issued.

We wrote this in because a charge for a term nobody opened is not money we want to hold, and because the login record settles the question without either side having to remember anything.

No income guarantees

Execution Squad is an educational program. We do not guarantee any specific income, revenue, or business results. Results shared on our website, emails, or social media are not typical. Your results depend on your effort, skills, market conditions, and many other factors outside our control. Any income figures or results mentioned are examples only. They should not be considered average or guaranteed outcomes. See our Earnings Disclosure.

Intellectual property

All content, templates, code, tools, and materials provided through Execution Squad are owned by ChrisX Inc. and protected by copyright. Your membership grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own business. You may not resell, redistribute, share, or publicly post our materials.

ChrisX is ours too: its software and code, its screens, the ready-made websites, emails and automations in its library, the Claude plugin and its short maker, and the instructions and tools ChrisX gives your Claude. Your plan gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use them while your plan is active, for your own business and your client businesses. What you put into ChrisX (your words, photos, facts and contacts) stays yours.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Share your account credentials or access with others
Copy, redistribute, or resell any program materials
Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
Reverse-engineer, decompile or take apart the platform, ChrisX, its plugin or its short maker, except where the law allows it
Use bots, scrapers, crawlers or scripts to read or copy our pages, the ready-made library or ChrisX's data, other than your own Claude connected to ChrisX
Copy ChrisX, its ready-made library or its plugin, in whole or in part, to build, sell or train a product that competes with it
Share a download link, a kit or a sign-in token ChrisX gives you
Harass, abuse, or threaten other members or staff
Record or redistribute live calls without permission
Text or WhatsApp anyone who did not agree to hear from that business, or send spam, scams, or anything the phone carriers or WhatsApp's Business Messaging Policy forbid

Each business sends its texts and WhatsApp messages under its own name, and it is responsible for what it sends and to whom. If we see spam, a wave of STOP replies, or a warning from a carrier, Twilio or Meta about a business, we may pause that business's texting or WhatsApp right away.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.

Text messages from ChrisX

ChrisX text messages: if you tick the optional texting box on a ChrisX form or booking page, ChrisX texts you about your request and your appointments: replies, reminders and follow-ups. Message frequency varies.

Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. You can also write to hi@aichrislee.com. Agreeing to get texts is not a condition of any purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Mobile numbers are never bought or rented, and mobile information and text opt-in data are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Texting set up through ChrisX

ChrisX sends a business's texting registration through Twilio, the texting provider ChrisX uses. Twilio and the US carriers review every registration and decide the result. ChrisX has no say in that decision, cannot approve a registration, and is not responsible for a turn-down, a delay, or a carrier blocking texts later.

A registration that does not follow the carriers' rules is turned down. Sending it again after a fix is free. The setup fee pays for the review itself, so it is charged whether or not the registration is approved. You are responsible for your forms, your privacy policy and terms, and for texting only people who agreed. The carriers' rules are listed in Settings, Texting.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChrisX Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your membership in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You can stop your own renewal from your account settings before the renewal date. Members on a legacy plan do the same, from their account settings or by emailing us. Stopping the renewal does not by itself entitle you to a refund.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
