Is there a free trial?

Yes. Try any plan free for 14 days. $0 today. You won't be charged until day 15. Cancel before then and you pay nothing. 1 free trial per person. If you cancel, your site goes offline when the trial ends, and your work is kept for 30 days, then deleted.

Which plan should I pick?

Your own business: Starter, or Pro for 3 times the credits. An agency: any plan gives you HQ, with Find clients, your client list and University. Starter holds 3 clients, Pro has no limit, and Agency adds client delivery (Projects and client pages) and the most credits, 6,000 a month.

Do I need the Agency plan to run clients?

No. Any plan runs clients. Pick "A marketing agency" on your first visit, or later turn on "I run marketing for other businesses" in Account, under You. HQ opens: Find clients, your client list and University. Starter holds 3 clients and Pro has no limit. The Agency plan adds client delivery: Projects and a page each client opens by link.

What costs credits?

Websites, funnels, contacts, the pipeline, calendars, bookings and their emails, and payments cost no credits, and neither do the scripts and posts your own AI writes. Credits pay for finding local businesses (1 credit for each one found with its email, a quarter of a credit for one without), images (10 credits each on the default model), videos (from 10 credits a second), follow-up and campaign emails (10 a credit), and texts (2 credits a text sent, 1 received). Your own texting number is paid in cash on the card you signed up with, close to what the phone carriers charge: $25 once to register it in the US (nothing in Canada), then $5 a month.

What if I run out of credits?

Top up any time in ChrisX, under Plan and billing: 500 credits for $25, 1,200 credits for $50, 3,000 credits for $110. Pro adds 10% more credits to every top-up and Agency 15%. Top-up credits never expire.

Do monthly credits roll over?

No. Every month starts with your plan's credits. Top-up credits never expire.

Can I change plans or cancel?

Yes. Change plans or cancel any time in ChrisX, under Plan and billing.
